We want you to love your Bohemian’s Jewelry piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Final sale items (e.g., personalized or engraved pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
How to Return
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, securely package the item and include the original order details.
- Ship the return to the provided address using a trackable method.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Contact us to check stock before processing an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
